Technical issues on online gaming platforms are not uncommon. Deposits sometimes take time to reflect, games can be slow to load, and login problems do happen. The 89db Reddit Help Center is built to address exactly these situations — so you can troubleshoot and resolve most issues on your own.
Our support team is available 24/7. Even at 2 AM Bangladesh time, just send a message on live chat — you'll get a response in around 5 minutes on average. For more complex issues, email us with the details and we'll have it fully resolved within 24 hours.
The most common complaint we receive is: "Money was deducted but balance isn't showing." This is usually caused by a network delay. In most cases, waiting 5–10 minutes and refreshing the page is all it takes. If the balance still hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, grab your transaction ID (TxID) from your Mobile Pay/Nagad app and contact support. We'll verify it manually and credit your account.
Another common issue is a failed deposit. This can happen due to an incorrect account number, insufficient balance in your payment app, or an unstable internet connection. Before depositing, make sure your connection is stable and your payment app has enough balance.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–2 hours. However, delays can occur in certain situations — for example, if KYC verification is still pending, larger withdrawal amounts may require additional review, or bank transfers submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. 89db Reddit's own processing never takes more than 24 hours.
KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal — it's there to protect your account. Upload a clear photo of your NID or passport, and approval is typically completed within 24 hours. Once verified, all future withdrawals will be processed much faster.
Entering the wrong password multiple times will temporarily lock your account — this is a security measure. It usually unlocks automatically after 30 minutes. If you need access sooner, message support and we'll sort it out quickly.
If suspicious activity is detected, 89db Reddit may temporarily suspend your account. In such cases, a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Your account can be quickly restored once your identity is verified.
If a game suddenly stops or won't load, start by refreshing the page. Clearing your browser cache often fixes the problem. On mobile, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
If a game drops mid-session, your bet money won't be lost. 89db Reddit saves the state of every game, so logging back in and reopening the game will let you pick up right where you stopped. If a bet amount is deducted without a valid reason, share the game ID and time with support and they'll investigate and resolve it.
